- Companies with Annual Industry Revenues of $5 Million or More — $16,500
- Companies with Annual Industry Revenues Below $5 Million — $11,000
General Membership
- Companies with Annual Industry Revenues of $5 Million or More — $5,500
- Companies with Annual Industry Revenues Below $5 Million — $2,750
