Charge: The primary function of this Committee is to explore the special needs, requirements, and challenges faced by small firms, particularly but not exclusively single-person or small family organizations, that are engaged in public safety services or consulting.  The Committee meets monthly to discuss topics, set an action agenda, and serve as the "voice" of this genre of member to the larger membership and Board.  The Committee has no formal approval role.
