Executive Director, Kim Robert Scovill, details iCERT's Mission and Accomplishments

iCERT's mission in support of public safety technology providers, it's personal and professional history with both the NG911 Institute and NENA, its recent significant accomplishments, including 30% membership growth last year, and more, are highlighted in a wide-ranging interview with Kim Robert Scovill, iCERT's Executive Director in a recent edition of the popular "Today in Public Safety" (TiPS) program hosted by Mark Fletcher on the Avaya Podcast Network. Avaya is also an iCERT member.
Launched in 2017, TiPS covers a wide range of public safety topics from technology, to critical issues, current events, and the personalities behind the technology. Mark Fletcher, Chief Architect Worldwide Public Safety, Avaya, ably hosts the series which is recognized nationally and internationally in the public safety community. Recent programs highlighted activities at the NG911 Institute's 2020 Honor Awards and Technology Showcase, and NENA's annual "911 Goes to Washington" program, as well as prominent public safety officials and technologists appearing at those events.
