NENA ICE 10 Event
On July 9, 2021, the NENA ICE Steering Committee approved the selection of Basic i3 version 3 Call Flows as the focus on the next ICE Event.
This aligns with the top choice from our recent iCERT member survey .
We don't have a firm date for the next ICE Event, but the Steering Committee is targeting Q1 2022. In order to meet this timeline, the steering committee is actively seeking two chairs as well as other volunteers to support the defining the charter, scope and finalized date.
We're asking all iCERT members to review the following:
ICE Steering Committee is seeking two volunteers to chair the ICE 10 Planning Committee.
The Planning Committee is responsible for designing the ICE event. The Steering Committee did not, for example, determine what the scope of "basic" entails, such as EIDO, new i3 features vs the new interfaces for v2 features, call types like AACN, etc.
