Who We Are

Third Signal, LLC is a public safety consulting company that has contracted with over 100 different 911 centers. Third Signal is 100% vendor neutral, and is ready to help you with your public safety consulting needs.

Our History

Our Chief Technology Officer, Ryan Olson, has been in the telecommunications and public safety business, including working for Cisco Systems and multiple phone companies, for over 35 years. He is a former Assistant 9-1-1 Program Manager for the State of Montana and has a master's degree in Space Studies from the University of North Dakota School of Aerospace Sciences.
