iCERT Applauds NG911 Legislation

The Industry Council for Emergency Response Technologies (iCERT) strongly supports legislation introduced by Representatives Richard Hudson (R-NC) and Anna Eshoo (D-CA) which would authorize Federal funding to support the nationwide deployment of Next Generation 911 (NG911) systems. We thank Congressman Hudson and Congresswoman Eshoo for their continued support of and leadership in advancing NG911 legislation. Our nation’s emergency response systems are critical to the safety and security of our citizens, our communities and our nation. We look forward to continuing to work with these leaders and entire Congress in making full funding for NG911 implementation a national priority.
