iCERT Elects New Officers for 2026
WASHINGTON, D.C. (Dec. 8, 2025) – The Industry Council for Emergency Response Technologies (iCERT), the nation's leading trade association exclusively representing commercial public safety technology and response companies, has elected its Board Officers, who will serve as the Executive Committee for 2026.
Chair: Eric Hagerson, T-Mobile (through 2027)
Vice Chair: James Potter, L3Harris (through 2026)
Secretary: Al Brisard, Exacom (through 2027)
Treasurer: Lisa Madden, Motorola Solutions (through 2026)
Small Business Rep: Morgan O’Brien, Morgan O’Brien Associates (through 2027)
Don Brittingham, iCERT’s interim executive director, congratulated the new officers and thanked each of iCERT’s board directors for their service to the organization: “Our organization is fortunate to have strong leaders who are committed to driving further innovation in the emergency response and public safety communications sectors.”
