The National 911 Program is pleased to provide this comprehensive annual summary of activities featuring current and ongoing projects and resources for the 911 community.

As mandated by Congress, the Program supports the implementation of Next Generation 911 (NG911) and other technological and operational improvements, convenes stakeholders to create and share resources to help 911 systems and others, and administers grant funding for 911 systems.
